Return and Refund Policy

• No refunds on cosmetics. All cosmetic products are final sale and cannot be refunded.

• Colour variation. Colour shades may look slightly different in photos due to lighting or camera effects. These differences are not eligible for refunds.

• Wrong item received — replacement only. If you ordered one product but received a different product (for example, you ordered a lipstick but received a nail polish), we will replace the incorrect item with the correct one.

• Video proof required for replacements. To claim a replacement for a wrong item, please record an unboxing video in front of the delivery person when you receive the package. If you do not show the delivery partner in the video, we cannot process the replacement.

• Correct product received — no refund. If you receive the correct product as ordered, we cannot offer a refund.

• Allergic reactions. Some people may have rare allergic reactions to ingredients such as nuts or peanuts. If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction after using the product, please stop using it immediately and seek medical advice. We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions. If you have known allergies, please check product ingredient lists before buying.

• Time limit for claims. All claims for wrong items or damaged shipments must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product from our shipping partner. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

How to make a claim

• Contact our customer support within 24 hours with your order number, a short description, and the unboxing video showing the delivery partner.

• We will review your claim and, if it meets the policy conditions, arrange a replacement.
